The white gold of Kerguelen
Particularly popular in Asia, Patagonian toothfish is yet an unknown French fish.
It is distinguished by its immaculate white flesh and its unique almond butter taste.
It is fished about 1500 meters deep in the Kerguelen Islands. Our Patagonian toothfish is labeled MSC and threaded by hand.
