We select our salmon very carefully from one of the few ASC-certified aquaculture farms that reproduces its natural cycle and guarantees the quality of this fish. Renowned for its nutritional qualities, this king of the North Sea grows in an optimum environment, close to its natural habitat of Norway. After nearly a year in fresh water, it continues to grow in the open sea in carefully selected pens based on currents, water temperature, oxygen content and perfect exposure.
