Salmo salar
Our salmon is bred in an organic-certified aquaculture farm and grows in an “almost-wild” environment. It thus spends the beginning of its life in freshwater until the smolt stage. Once it has grown its silvery scales it can handle higher salt levels in the water. It then continues its growth in the sea, off the Irish coast in areas with strong currents. High in quality, our salmon is guaranteed to be antibiotic and pesticide free.
