Our rainbow trout is raised in Brittany, according to strict specifications relating : with no chemical products and in low density to guarantee an almost “wild” life.

Sensitive to pollution, it is raised in pure, controlled waters. It is very good for health, being rich in Omega 3, proteins, iron and vitamins.
